About Raster Images In Drawings Autocad For Mac

Hi all,When plotting at any paper size, the drawings come out fine, as expected, however any raster images i.e. Our logo or other images copied into the sheet appear with a black masked box over the top of it.I cannot work out what is going on, settings are normal:rasterdpi - 300rasterpercent - 20rsterpreview 1rasterthreshold - 20It was fine a day or two ago. I've reinstalled Autocad and all the updates but still doesn't work.I've tried it with different raster images, both jpg and png but to no avail.Screenshots available of what it should look like.Please help!
